Three Dots, No Picture

When I turn my TV on and bring it to the correct input, all I am seeing is three grey dots of slightly different shades. I have tried to restart the DVR, unplug the router and neither have worked. How do I fix this?

Hi @eiltsryan,

 

How is the DVR connected to the RG (gateway box)?  Choices are via Ethernet cable or Coax wire.  Either way, the DVR needs a stable link to initialize. When did the issue start? 

 

Also, a cold start can take several minutes to boot up. During this time, screen will blank out. The signal will come back to the TV once you see the green link light solid, and typically the blue LED as well which should trigger the U-verse logo with a circular spinning progress indicator in the lower right of the screen.  The process will successfully conclude only if an internet connection is present. Also, try troubleshooting common U verse TV issues.
