TV Guide Schedule

Is the U-verse TV Guide/schedule edited and provided by ATT, or is it provided and passed on to unsuspecting U-Verse customers by a content provider?

My wife is continually pinging on me that, as an ATT retiree, I should be able to do something about the myiad schedule errors that prevent her from scheduling and viewing the recordings she so values..

Today it is Dr Phil show. His program has always been scheduled at 3PM PDST, and one of many my wife records as a series. Today the Guide shows Judge Judy at 3PM, even though Dr Phil is airing, and the Dr Phil series recording is of The Dr's, which is normally aired at 2PM PDST.  What the Heck?  Over.    [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]
