TV not working behind Palo Alto Firewall

I decided to buy a Palo Alto Firewall and I configured it the following way.

Uverse Receiver

(wan public IP address)

     |

(wan public IP addrsss)

outside’s Firewall interface

     |

inside’s firewall interface

(DHCP server with private IP aadresses)

      |

swich

      |

Uverse DVR ( private IP address)

My Palo Alto has bar configured and it has 2 rules to allow ANY traffic coming in and out of the Firewall... everything connected to the switch (desktop, Wiress access Point, etc) is working correctly. However, the DVR shows a channel for 5 seconds and the It freezes. If I change the channel, it shows for another 5 seconds and then it freezes again. My Palo Alto is seeing all the DVR’s queries “aging-out”.

I have a VIP2250 DVR and a Cisco Ven501 WAP

In PAN-OS 8.1.3 (and later), the default hard path is always the active path and takes priority over a default path that is automatically generated by DHCP pointing to the same gate, regardless of the metrics or the installation order. PCNSC Questions Answers Therefore, when the system has a default path created automatically by DHCP and a manually configured default default path that points to the same gateway, the firewall always installs a static default path in FIB.
