TV receiver is very unstable

My TV receiver gets lost the connection every day. Restart helps a little, but it's not acceptable to restart the receiver every day. I think it is a hardware problem. What should I do for this?

Hi @kazza0129,

 

I apologize about the issues you are having with your wireless receiver, but I will be glad to help. 

In most instances, resetting the modem, DVR, and wireless box, in that order,  can resolve some connection issues. Also, surge protectors & power strips can cause pixelation & freeze. Plugging the receiver directly into a wall outlet can resolve this. On our website here are some troubleshooting tips!
