TV won't go past AT&T U-verse loading circle screen
I just hooked everything up on my tv and after turning it on, it doesn't go past a screen that says "AT&T U-verse" with a white circle that is loading. How do I get past this?

Hi @Lauren0812,
Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. This should boot the box. If the issue persists, verify connections to the from the wall to the box are secure.
