Two of my four TVs say Uverse is not available at this time. Please try again later.

I have four TVs with wired recievers. The two downstairs have service. The two TVs upstairs say: Uverse service is not available at this time. Please try again later. How do I fix this?

Have you done a Whole House Reboot?

 

1.  Pull the power cord from each receiver, INCLUDING the DVR.

2.  Pull the power cord from the router/modem.

3.  Wait 30 secs.

4.  Connect power cord back to the RG FIRST.  Wait for all lights to start blinking.  This can take a few minutes.

5.  Plug the DVR in next.  Allow it to become functional.

6.  Plug in each Set Top Box

This worked for me. The DVR connected to the Gateway by ethernet cable shows this error every time the power goes out. Disconnecting the Gateway and DVR, waiting, then restarting the Gateway first seems to do the trick—not just restarting the DVR.
