U verse app not working

Over the past week my u verse app on my iPhone 6 is saying "u-verse mobile service is temporarily unavailable". It worked for about a week after I originally signed up for AT&T but now it continues to give me this error message (900). Any suggestions? I have uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, restarted the modem & nothing has resolved the issue.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I know you did mention that you had uninstalled and reinstalled the application itself, have you tried clearing the app data? Sometimes your phone will still keep data caches and files from previously used apps. Is it happening on multiple devices or just your iPhone? Additionally, there is a bolt on for you account that the system sometimes drops when changes are made to your account. You can always call in to 1-800-288-2020 and let them know that you are getting an error when using the application itself and ask them to check for the "AT&T Uverse Mobile App" Bolt On.
