Unable to view from laptop a program recorded yesterday

I recorded a baseball game on my DVR, yesterday and am unable to view it today. All my other recordings are available to watch, just not the game. Very frustrating!

Define "unable to view".  Is it not in your list of recorded programs?  If it is does the screen come up black when you start to playback?  Was that particular game blacked out in your area so all you recorded was "nothing" and maybe that would be why it's "black".

Update/question:

Your thread topic title says unable to view dvr recorded program from your laptop?  Maybe this is a stupid question but just how can you do that in the first place?  As far as I know you need something like a Slingbox to be able to access and control your dvr across an internet connection.

Yes, it shows on my laptop that it was recorded "Yesterday" but unlike all the other recorded programs, it doesn't display a "Watch" icon. And, no, it wasn't blacked out in my area. None of the playoff games are blacked out. (And thanks for your response!)

Sadly on Uverse, you can only watch programs from your DVR on your TV's. It's not a feature on Uverse but it is on many providers.

Any program with the "Watch" icon is being accessed from the On Demand Library and you just happened to have recorded it.  As stated earlier, you cannot watch recordings remotely.
