Unplugged

My cable box got unplugged completely from all cables in the back. I thought we got it all hooked up again but still nothing. Flashing green and ref lights on the front. Help please!!!

you need to call for a service tech or call and ask for technical support and they can walk you through it

Wall/street cable (possibly green data cable) plugs into green RJ11 (telephone) broadband socket on gateway, or if you have fiber, red RJ45 ONT gateway socket.

The rest of the uverse equipment connects with ethernet cables to any of the yellow ethernet (RJ45) sockets (e.g., WAP, DVR, wired receivers).

DVR and wired receivers end of their ethernet cables are plugged into their network (RJ45) socket.

Still nothing 😞 the WiFi works and the wireless box upstairs works but not the main one down stairs. An att employee who’s a friend said I need a new box but I don’t know how to get one.
