I do not fully understand your question.  In general, U-verse TV is not portable, you cannot take your receivers out of your home and expect them to work.

However, there is a U-verse App that will allow access to live content from some channels as well as OnDemand content from some channels.  It is available on some Amazon Fire devices and on most Android Phones.

The U-Verse app is your best bet.

Several (all?) channels also have their own apps. Be aware that you cannot use a channel's app (such as Showtime) if you do not pay for that channel, but some channels allow people to pay for them outside of your U-Verse bill.

If you use an app like NBC or CBS's Paramount+, you'll get the affiliate closest to you. In these cases, your local news and commercials could be different than what you would normally watch.

@Cllewis67

The only portable aspect of U-verse TV I can think of is using a Fire TV device in the remote location along with your U-verse credentials to authenticate with the app.   The one caveat would be that Uverse as a product only operates in states where it has presence, so if using out of region you may be denied service.  Also be aware the fire tv app only provides a subset of programming compared with a proper settop box.
