There is an ongoing issue for many customers. It appears to be in 2 or 3 geographic areas at the moment (upstate SC/Western NC; Georgia; Indiana?). They appear to be working on it, and the work around I've been given is to go through your list of Series Recordings and touch (make a change, save, then put it back) each series. That should cause it to schedule for the next approximately 14 days at which time you may need to repeat this process. Or maybe they'll fix it.
I am in Alabama and still having this problem every couple of weeks. Are they working to fix the problem? Little bit of a headache to have to repeat the process of re scheduling shows every couple of weeks.
+1 Bama I'm afraid it's a ploy to get us into Streaming or DirectTV....All reps ask about our Service Type when we call about issue X and bring up the Maint Plan AND Streaming.
To clarify the programs recorded and where on my DVR but subsequently disappeared. There does not seem to be a pattern on what is being deleted and I have plenty of space on DVR. I recorded some shows this weekend and some have disappeared already this morning.

Yes that is what was happening. I finally had them give me a new DVR couple months ago and at least for awhile I haven't had it happen. Keeping my finger's crossed

Things happen, unfortunately.
Beyond that, I've never used scheduled series...I've always scheduled individually.

I’m in Alabama and having the same issue too. Seems like when I recreate the series, it only works for two weeks. Is AT&T working on the issue?
