Uverse equipment return not acknowledged...
I terminated my Uverse service and returned the equipment to FED EX on Aug 8. I have receipts. The RMA number is 146053723. The VIP 2500 and accessories was returned to Rialto, CA and the VIP 2250 was returned to Phoenix. The reference numbers are 13148927 and 13148928 respectively.
I am getting frequent automated calls telling me to return the equipment with instructions to call 18442871856 which I have done at least 5 times. There is never anyone available so I have asked for a call back 4 times - never happens. I have left a message with above info - no effect.
i also called Uverse support at 800 288 2020. The person was very nice, took the info above and entered it into her log. She assured me everything would be fine. It's not.
I want to get this resolved before I start getting billed for this equipment.
Thank for attending to this. Is there some way to contact the equpment return people with going through the non-functional 287 1856 numbrer?

We're here to help address your equipment return concerns, @andyh47.
When it comes to returning equipment to us, so long as you've done your part and shipped it back, you won't have anything to worry about in regards to being billed for the equipment.
Just to clarify, when you were on the phone with the U-Verse support representative, were they able to confirm that the device was received on our end? The calls you're getting letting you know to return the equipment are automated, and it can take a couple of weeks before our system recognizes that we've got the equipment back after it's been delivered & for the calls to stop. So long as you've returned the equipment though, please feel free to simply ignore them.
