U-Verse In Hotel

So, we’re staying at a hotel where the internet is AT&T and the TVs are U-Verse (AT&T Hotel and Conference Center in Austin, TX to be exact). I was trying to figure out a way to connect my phone to the TV so we can watch more than what’s listed, however, I realized I needed a Member ID when I downloaded the U-Verse app. My phone is Verizon and I’m not with AT&T. Can I still connect my phone to the TV? Or is it not possible without AT&T? Thanks so much.
