UVERSE INSTALLATION BROKE MY MAIN SEWER LINE

During the UVERSE installation in our community, the digging process broke my main sewer lin and all phone/internet/cable service to home.  This is an emergency repair.  RotoRooter came out and showed me exactly where the sewer line breack occurred by the orange cable/tubing line that was buried in our community.  Who do I cantact to get all my damaged repairs fixed (interior/exterior)?
