Uverse Interface

Just switched from Xfinity to Uverse 300. I am totally disappointed in the Uverse interface and On-Demand offereings. I keep seein ads that say the Uverse has more on-demand choices than Xfinity.  Boy was I wrong by doing this.  If I cancel service within a month, will I have early disconnect penalty? Has anyone else recently switched ti Uverse with similar disapointments?Smiley Sad

I'm not sure if they offered a 30 Day Grace Period to cancel service. If they do, make sure you cancel before your 30th (30 days from your installation date).

Thanks guys for your input.  Does anyone know if AT&T plans to update their user interface? The on-demand content looks like someone started and themn dropped it. May as well take it off the air.

Please hire back whoever is testing this monstrosity of a user interface. Trying to play an mp4 off the tv and it was the most unintuitive Chernobyl of a design I have ever had the displeasure of navigating through. I know you guys don't hear user complaints over the sound of your nips hardening at the possibility of merging with Time Warner, but believe me when the revolution comes I'm starting with this UI.
