U-Verse is garbage!

Have had this piece of garbage system less than a month.  The HD channels freeze up, then I get a Signal Lost screen.  I can unplug an plug the router and DVR back in, and that will temporarily restore service.  Two "technicians" have been out here, one replaced the DVR, but the problem persists.  Now, the TV is down hard, the "technicians" numbers that they left are not being responded too, one keeps dumping me to voicemail, he's probably watching the Iron Bowl, at least he can watch it.  Customer service is no help.  And, apparently the earliest visit I can get from a "technician" is MONDAY, which leaves me with no TV over the weekend.  BTW, I am a network engineer with technical services, at the power company.  From an IT, and tech standpoint, this is totally unacceptable!!
