U-verse isn't responding.

There's no connectivity between tv and the cable box. This isn't a tv problem. I've already talked to Samsung and done all the standard troubleshooting.
I've also pressed the power button on the cable box for 10 seconds, and that did nothing.

Did you reboot the gateway first? Unplug the gateway and all receivers, wait 20 secs., Plug in gateway first. Allow all lights to come on. Plug in DVR next. Wait for it to become functional. Plug in each STB and see if that helps. Let us know
