Hey @Butch12046, we understand that you're seeing U-verse not available message on your screen. Don't worry were here to help.
If you see a U-verse TV error message, use the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool to find a quick fix, or get some tips here.
We also suggest that when you restart your receiver you reboot the gateway as well.
What happens when you restart receiver? so we can better assist you.
