Uverse technicians stealing pares

They have already been tagged red flag everthing thats already been done i have all work orders names and numbers my question is why do they not keep record of who is going in and out the bix to see whos taking them i need to speak to some one who can answer questions about that

I understand what your saying and all the technical terminology but for this to happen 5 to 6 times in 7 to 8 months there is something wrong with the technicians your hiring if they dont know how to do there job and the 2 technicians before looking at the work order did what your saying they still go in and steal the pare and futher more the manger we keep talking to and he gave me his direct number is telling us that whoever it is is stealing the pare any solutions as a company nobody can fing out who was in the box if you writing up work order or nobody wants to do there job and find out who the technician is something is not rite with this picture because if he s telling us this is whats happening att needs to find out ehats happening and do there job this is ridiculous
