Uverse TV installation - Absolutely worst customer service

I cancelled my dish tv and ordered Uverse TV to bundle with ATT internet. The technician came and told me that the house is too far from the box and the TV quality would be poor and the internet speed would be slow. He refused to install the TV and asked me to contact the customer service. Boy o Boy ATT has the worst customer service. I was about to burn my two att cellphones and the internet modem and be done with ATT. After chatting with nearly 12 different agents online, the issue is still not resolved. Basically they told me that the technician is wrong and they will send another one soon and call me with a new installation date. Still no phone calls.
