U-verse tv receiver flickering lights after power disruption

Following a power outage for about 30 minutes, the receiver seems to be in a loop where the red, blue and green lights flicker for a bit and then remain solidly on for a bit. Just going back and forth. I tried resetting the receiver twice to no avail by holding down the power button for 10 seconds, etc. Any ideas? Thank you.

Let's make sure your U-verse receiver is alright, @Ctt

 

You may want to try out our troubleshoot and resolve feature for your TV.

  1. Press Menu.
  2. Select Help > Information > Troubleshoot & Resolve > TV > DVR.
  3. Follow the onscreen prompts. 

If you are not able to access this feature, you can try resetting your receiver and gateway.

  • Restart your TV receiver by holding the POWER button down for 10 seconds then pressing it again to restart. This process takes 5-8 minutes and will impact any DVR recordings in progress.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi® Gateway by removing the power cord for one minute then plugging it back in. This will interrupt all of your AT&T services, including phone and TV.
