U-verse TV stops every 6-7 minutes since installing ORBI RBR850.

uverse tv stops every 6-7 minutes since installing ORBI RBR850.  Any fix?

That's because U-verse TV must go through the ATT Gateway.

Are you trying to run the U-Verse TV through the ORBI, that won't work.

Thanks Jeffster.  I had figured that out--didn't work at all for receiver and stopped every 6-7 minutes for recorder; when I changed Uverse back to the ATT Gateway and WAP the problem began.

Marc, you misread my response to Jeffster.  I already knew what he told me.  My TV still freezes every 6-7 minutes and then starts up  30 seconds or more later.  ATT is sending me a replacement WAP.  Hope that works, but I have my doubts.  I'm guessing there is a configuration error somewhere.

Let's see if the new WAP puts an end to the freezing.
