WAP Lights

I am continuing to have issues the last few weeks with losing signal on my wireless receiver devices. The "Paired" and "link" lights continue to blink-is this normal? They did a reset and said this will correct it, but dont recall those buttons flashing continuously-I could be wrong but cant find any literature that tells me what it should look like when operating correctly.
