What?!? Non returned receiver fee!
We recently moved and took all 5 receivers with us. Had 4 installed but were still planning on using the 5th one as soon as we got the room set up for it. All 5 are still listed on my bill.
So I got a surprise charge of $150 for a non returned receiver? WhAt?! I'm still planning on using it- why would that charge show up?
I called and sat with an extremely confused girl for 30 minutes and she seriously asked me 10 times " when was the box replaced?" What?!? It WAS NOT REPLACED!!
After all that- she said they will investigate it- pay the remainder of the bill- but now It looks like I have a post due account for 150 😞
I'm so frustrated!! 30 minutes later of the same questions over and over and no resolution or answers!! Argh!!
