When will AT&T U-verse be available in the Fort Hood, Texas?

I am inquiring when ATT U-verse will be available in the Fort Hood, Texas and surrounding areas? Fort Hood is the largest military installation in the United states with a huge population of civilian contractors, retirees, and active duty and family members. When will this area be activated for U-verse internet, TV services?

What Skeeter said.

As a new customer, if you want TV service from AT&T, your options are as follow:

DirecTV satellite service.

AT&T TV. This is a streaming service entirely over the internet. It may or may not include a two-year contract in which prices rise in the second year. It may or may not include a streaming box with thousands of apps. This box would be similar to a Roku or Apple TV.

AT&T recently gave AT&T TV a bit of a makeover, and I'm unfamiliar with what is being offered, but I *do* know there is a contract-free option.

As far as internet, AT&T Internet may or may not be available there. There is no "U-Verse Internet" as that was rebranded to "AT&T Internet" several years ago.

Likely never as ATT is not the ILEC for zip codes 76543, 76544, 76549

CenturyLink is the ILEC and owns the outside wiring (plant), ATT would have to be an overbuilder and start from scratch similar to what Google tried to do several years ago in select markets... very costly with many years of investing before have customer base ready. ATT has many large markets within their 21 state footprints to upgrade to fiber, not expand to out of market locations. Could it happen, yes... would I expect it to happen, no.
