Wire across my yard
Hello,
My neighbor had AT&T service installed and the technician ran the cable across our backyard to connect to our neighbor's house. It is no where near the perimeter or property lines but instead run at a diagonal across our backyard.
I've tried calling the buried line number multiple times, staying on hold over 45 minutes each time and so far disconnected at around that point each time. I've tried calling customer service who forward me to the buried line number. I tried calling the local AT&T office, who forwarded me to the buried line number.
How do I get this fixed? They actually ran the line not only across our yard but through our bushes as well, any trimming will likely result in a cut line...Our neighbor doesn't seem to mind it, in fact she commented that she didn't want the line across her yard because she wanted to put in a pool....
