Wireless TV connection not working

Added 1 TV to existing U-verse service. Prompt on screen says I'm connected and have all green lights, however, I have the following message on the screen, "SERVICE CONNECTION UPDATE...You TV receiver is temporarily unable to connect to the ATT U-verse TV service.  The connection will be retried in xx mins xx seconds."  I have rebooted everything including the Gateway connection and the message remains the same. Any ideas how to fix this?

It sounds like you were receiving an update.  Did you wait for the update to finish? If you jumped the gun and rebooted you interrupted the update. Just wait for the update to complete and it should reconnect.
