Worst Company in the country

Why cant you people answer the phone.  YOu are supposed to be in the communications business.  Why cant you have Americans do the job?  At&t has worked this company into the worst in the country.  Im so mad I cant get to my question.  Im old AND WANT TO SPEAK TO AN AMERICAN HUMAN.  AT&T (Edited per community guidelines).
