4K Channels

You are referring to a long-grandfathered package that I believe was included with DIRECTV NOW when it first launched sometime around 2016. To my knowledge, 4K was not compatible with any of those packages. If I were you, I would cancel that all package and get a modern package by subscribing to DIRECTV STREAM.

Thanks for clearing that up. Besides the fact, the OP should definitely think about upgrading from a long-grandfathered package like that. 

My "LIVE A LITTLE 65+ channels" service package costs me $64.99 a month. That includes a $10 discount because I have AT&T cell service Unlimited Choice (grandfathered plan too) which also gives me HBO Max for life. Not a real bad deal overall however I'm canceling both DirectTV and AT&T cell service because they are canceling their contract with OAN news channel. Sorry, I'm just fed up with the Woke crowd. I'm done with them.

Your choice to make, just like DirecTV can choose not to support OANN.

Then it no longer matters that DIRECTV STREAM does not have 4K channels as you aren't keeping them in the first place.
