Do you have DirecTV (satellite) or DIRECTV STREAM (internet streaming only)?

Thread was not put in either forum, just Community Clubhouse, so we cannot give you a proper answer without knowing which service you have.

I am using DIRECTV STREAM and have a Roku 4K and there is no Channel 104 showing up in my guide, when ALL channels are selected and channels are in numerical order. How do I enable the display of 4K channel 104? I ensured Directv Stream app and the Roku itself was updated.

Do you have 4k screen resolution chosen in display... and HDR on?

Channel 104 is not showing up on my Roku 4k.

Yes, 4K HDR is turned on (Roku Ultra) and when watching Youtube 4K videos the "stats for nerds" shows the 4K resolution and HDR resolution in use. It has been reported in Reddit that the 4K is "rolling out" to Roku, Apple 4K, etc. between now and during July. But for the moment, there is no 4K channel 104 in my Roku guide. The channel numbers go from 83 (Get TV) to 202 (CNN), presently. My service is Directv Stream Choice package.

Because, as stated, only the Gemini device currently only supports 4K. Roku's are not supported.

DIRECTVhelp explicitly said that Roku is supported.  The link they posted indicates that almost all of the supported TV streamers are supported for 4K (Osprey/Gemini, Roku, FireTV, AppleTV, or AndroidTV).  I don't know if that FAQ is running ahead of their actual app release.  It does include some specific info that people having issues should check.

Since DIRECTVelp mentioned only the Gemini and Roku platforms, it is fairly safe to assume that the FAQ page is based on projections.

Recent customer testing (yesterday) suggests that Roku support may not actually be there yet.

I just checked on a FireStick and don’t see 104 there either.  But I have a (very old) grandfathered subscription (which doesn’t offer some newer features) so I wouldn’t consider that definitive.  But it looks like they intend it to work on (almost) all of the 4K supportive platforms eventually, at least right now. 

I submit that the web developers at DIRECTV have been paying too much mind to what Marketing wants and not enough attention to what Engineering has delivered.

This morning after updating my Directv Stream app on the Roku Ultra,  Channel 104 is now in the guide and displaying 4K HDR content. 

Why is DIRECT TV STREAM blocking the showing of Women's world cup in ch 105? I been watching all week and tonight they blocked it with an error saying the stream was available on other channels.
