Access Denied

The web interface stopped working after the switch from ATT TV to Direct TV. After logging in, it redirects to att.tv/watchnow and then generates a reference like below. Not too happy with the screwup.

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.att.tv/watchnow" on this server.

Then you are in the wrong forum. This is the internet streaming forum for the DirecTV Stream service.

Usually, access denied is an issue specifically occurring due to VPNs that have restricted access to some servers.

Otherwise, there is some sort of website blocker preventing the DTV guide from loading correctly.

Other than ‘Access Denied’ do you get an error code?

@Ludwick577

They put a spam link in the middle of that forum link to hide it. When you hover over it the whole thing was not selectable because of that as they are separate links side by side.

The poster has DirecTV, not DirecTV Stream.

"Direc Tv - directv.com. No streaming. Just my DirecTV account."

I don't know if anyone is still posting on this thread, but after restting ATT passwords and then going to DirecTV Streaming and looking at the channel guide, I decided to check my own account's channel lineup, but when I clicked on that, I got 'redirect' forever, then when I clicked on another channel lineup I got:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://streamtv.directv.com/" on this server.

And that is now ALL I get, however I try to access the site, either directly or through ATT. I don't know what the problem is. I've been a paying customer for a year now, no problem until now.
