anycast tv screen freezing
Hi
I connect to my tv from my windows 10 laptop anycast dongle . It connects perfectly every time and i can watch whatever I want and it works for around 5 to 10 minutes and then the display on the tv freezes . While the screen is frozen the audio is still playing through the TV perfectly . In order to correct the screen I need disconnect from the anycast 7b09 connection and reconnect to it through the windows action centre and it will be fine again for roughly 5 to 10 minutes . It will then freeze again and i will follow the same procedure once more .This problem happens every single time and has rendered the anycast to be useless as you cant watch anything without disconnecting and reconnecting many times . How can I fix this because as I say when its working , it working perfectly and without any warning it will just freeze . Hope to hear from you guys soon . Thanks ,Jason

@JasonVes I used to have an AnyCast in the past and it always froze after a certain amount of time. The only reason is that the AnyCast is just too poor of a device to render tasks for more than a few moments. It will perform fine as you stated and then begin to glitch.
In my opinion, I would just buy a long HDMI cable from the TV to computer to fix the issue because there really isn't a permanent solution for you. Also, it may be worth it to note your question on another Forum as this is the DIRECTV Community Forums, not the AnyCast Forums. We are here to answer DIRECTV related questions.

DirecTV is a satellite TV service. If you don't have DirecTV, then this is not the ideal place for your question.
It is DirecTV, not Direct TV. A single word with only one T as that is their brand.
