Auto Extend did NOT work for Michigan vs Michigan State Football game

Contact support and voice your concern. No one here can resolve your issue.

I am NOT looking for anyone on the forum to solve this, just trying to start a thread so others can chime in to show DirecTV Stream that this is NOT an isolated issue and is affecting sporting events of all types (including the World Series, PGA Tour events, etc.).  This problem is affecting many subscribers and needs to be resolved ASAP!!!!

Same here!  Auto-extend didn’t work two games in a row. Called support. Big mistake. Off shore rep had no clue. Said problem must be with our Wi-Fi. Then said there must have been an interruption in our internet. Then had me reset DVR. Then had me restart modem. Said problem must be with DVR (despite fact all 3 devices had same issue.  
Conclusions: Google the issue yourself. Don’t rely on auto-extend. Set to record whatever program follows your event to record. 

Chiming in....this is not limited to just the Michigan game, it did not autoextend for the UGA game nor the Pitt-UNC game on Saturday either.  

No one here can resolve the issue. This is just a subscriber forum. Contact support and voice your concern to a support rep.

Good luck with contacting support and expressing your concern.  Been there, done that.  While you're at it you can express your concern at not being able to watch the World Series or NFL games on Fox due to the current fee dispute.  

I totally understand your frustration. I can only assure you that nothing will take place from this forum. If you want to rant, then this is a good place to do it. I would only suggest that if you don't want to miss the next game, then you better record the next program, as has been stated many times before. You have been warned so the next step is on you.
