Bally Sports livestream for live games = TRASH

DirectTV, I dumped the Bally Sports app on ROKU due to audio/video NEVER EVER being in sync on live games.  Recorded games are fine.  On any other app (Sling, ESPN, etc) their live Lightning games are fine. Its ONLY Bally Sports live games.  It also happens to have the same issue with DirectV and Bally Sports. I thought swapping over would resolve the issue but it has not.


Please tell Bally Sports to fix it or I will drop DirectTV as well and find another way to watch Lightning games live without the audio/video problems.

It's not ROKU.  If it was, I'd have the same problems with other streaming apps. The ONLY thing that has an issue is Bally Sports, so by default, its THEIR LIVE FEED that is the problem and affecting YOUR ability to make $$.  

If you want to keep me as a customer, DEMAND that Bally Sports fixes their live game feeds.  By the way, I found this issue isn't limited to me.  Many people are complaining about Bally Sports live game feeds. Not just for the lightning, but ALL live game feeds.   When Fox had the games, we never had this problem.  Its JUST Bally Sports.

PLEASE FIX IT or I am cancelling my subscription.

Hello. We apologize for this experience during your live games on the Bally Sports app, we want you to enjoy the best of our service.

Please follow these steps to resolve the audio/video sync

•Make sure you're connected to your home Wi-Fi network and that you have the suggested internet speeds for DIRECTV.
•Delete the DIRECTV app from your player and download it again.
•Check for Roku device updates.
•Unplug your Roku device from your TV or monitor for 1 minute.
•Restart your Roku device.

Then contact DirecTV to cancel your subscription. This is a public forum with no knowledge of your account. Though the official help team responds sometimes, they are not a replacement for customer support.
