Bally Sports SoCal Las Vegas
Here in Las Vegas, on Bally Sports SoCal, we get the Arizona Diamondbacks, which is currently on, but the guide data shows the listing for Bally Sports SoCal that is on in California, which includes the Los Angeles Kings, which does not air here due to territorial rights. Can the correct guide be shown in Las Vegas? Thank you.

Have you tried to uninstall and re install the DIRECTV Stream app? It usually can fix many issues.
May I ask, if this is happening in different devices as well?
Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the DIRECTV Stream app.

@DIRECTVhelp The guide data for Bally Sports SoCal, the California version of the channel, not the Las Vegas version of the channel, shows up on all my devices. My Directv Stream box, my Roku tv, my fire tv box, IPad, and my iPhone. Either you are using the wrong guide data, or Bally Sports is supplying you guys with the wrong data for that channel. Last baseball season, the Arizona Diamondbacks games showed up on the guide for Bally Sports SoCal here in Las Vegas.

@Ludwick577 the Arizona Diamondbacks game was on, but the guide showed something else, which makes it hard to DVR, if needed. Tonight the guide for that channel is showing boxing on, at the time the Diamondbacks are playing. Last night, I believe the guide was showing a LA Kings NHL game, which we don’t get here, because we aren’t in the Kings viewing area.

There are some troubleshooting steps that we can try to re synchronize the information of your area.
Please try to factory reset your DIRECTV STREAM device by pressing the reset button
Once you're done, try to login again. The channel should be showing you the information of your area

@Ludwick577 For Cox cable here, tv guide’s website has the correct lineup including the Diamondbacks games on Bally Sports SoCal.

According to Bally's Sports Arizona's twitter--they carry the Diamondbacks didn't see anything about the Diamondback games on Bally's Sports SoCa or West's website. The reason u saw the Diamondback game yesterday is b/c they were playing San Diego and Las Vegas gets Bally's Sports San Diego on Dtv Stream.

@Ludwick577 because Las Vegas is the territory for all the California teams and the Diamondbacks, the Bally Sports Arizona feed is aired on Bally Sports SoCal. Last night I got the Bally Sports San Diego feed on Bally Sports San Diego, and the Bally Sports Arizona feed on Bally Sports SoCal. Has been like that the whole time Ives lived in Vegas. But usually, the Diamondbacks games are listed in the guide on Bally Sports SoCal.

Looks like Dtv Stream has the wrong guide data then. If they are trying to push the issue off on Bally's that's not correct. Dtv Stream will have to correct it. U might have beter luck with their support on twitter. That is where I usually contact them.
