CW Channel Shows

I have asked them about this channel a lot I was told 6 months ago  that it will be added soon I just talk to someone again about this channel now they told me at the end of this month it will be added but will have to wait and see if it comes 

Do you get the CW channel in the guide? Plug in your zip code and see if it is included with your locals

The reason you can probably search them is bc Dtv Stream offers CW for free on demand. U can also use the CW app for free.

What zip code and county?

What is the exact channel number?

Model of box?

Are you using an over-the-air (OTA) antenna with your box with either AM21 or LCC?

Are there any error messages or other symptoms when you try to record?

The ZIP code is the number of the area you're located in.

I do not get the CW Channel in the Guide.  I live in ZIP 77532.

The only way I can watch shows on CW is to search for them and play.

I have two new Directv Stream Boxes and both do the same thing.

Right. That means that DirecTV Stream does not provide a live CW station in your area. 

@RonDTS If CW isn't on your guide then they aren't part of your locals. I checked your zip code and they aren't part of your live locals. But you can watch CW shows for free in the on demand section (that's where they are playing from when you search them)--or you can use the CW app and watch them for free.

Ahh, DIRECTV STREAM, not DirecTV. I really dislike AT&T overlapped the branding.

One says Stream --the other doesn't. Not hard to figure out.

Ok, I made a simple mistake when I read over the thread. Can happen when one is tired. However, I stand by the branding problem so am in disagreement with you about "not hard to figure out" for the average consumer.

People continue to understandably think that DIRECTV STREAM is either a add-on service to DirecTV or referring to the DirecTV app which does have some streaming.
