Direct Stream loads on laptop - guide works - no channels play video

Let's take a look at a few things that could cause DIRECTV STREAM to not work properly. 

• Check browser compatibility-make sure your are using a supported browser
• Confirm internet connection- If you use wired connections, make sure your Ethernet cable is connected between your computer and the Ethernet port on your modem. If you use Wi-Fi, confirm you're connected to your home network. If you're not connected, learn how to fix connection issues.
• Check internet speed- Weak internet signals can cause streaming issues. Make sure you have the suggested internet speeds.
