(Direct TV) AT&T TV Keeps Freezing

This just started a month or so ago, the shows will keep freezing.  This doesn't happen on HBO or any of the other services I use, only Direct TV/AT&T.  I have a GB at the wall, I'm cabled.   I've reset the entire network with no improvement.  The shows will freeze, return, then the freeze time gets longer until the show never returns.

Having a similar issue on both TV's. This started about a week ago. Watching a program or dvrd show and streaming stops. Gives option to retry but that never works. Always end up having to restart and that takes 3-4 minutes. Getting very annoying. Considering dropping DirecTV stream.

Samsung tv and Vizio TV. I also use the DirecTV box and remote for both TV's.

I will tell you that the DVR service has always been sub par. I rarely use the DVR instead I prefer to watch content from the network apps. They perform better, have more content, and are available longer.
