DirecTV app on Samsung Frame
Our DirecTV app on the Samsung Frame is not working. We have rebooted the TV, we have uninstalled and reinstalled the DirecTV app, yet we still receive the “Something went wrong. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later” error 50001-001. The TV was working fine earlier today and the DirecTV app is working fine on our other devices. Can you please help us?

There was an outage. However, I recommend in the future that you get a Fire Stick, Roku, or Apple TV. You can also purchase the DIRECTV STREAM device on DIRECTV’s website because it has a better remote and faster speeds than any streaming device out there. Samsung TVs themselves have had nothing but bugs with DIRECTV STREAM and they cause unnecessary chaos all the time.
