DIRECTV STREAM LOGGING IN ISSUES
Since you can watch Directv Stream outside of your home, I allow my daughter to use my account while she's at school. She logs in about 2-3 times a week and EVERY SINGLE TIME she logs in it says she has the wrong password!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD!!! THIS IS SO IRRITATING!! I HATE DIRECTV STREAM!!!
If this can't be resolved I'm canceling DirectvStream and AT&T Fiber. I've been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and have never had an issue....I should've stayed with U-verse!!

That's a puzzler. We log into our DirecTV Stream quite often when we're traveling in our RV away from home. Never had that issue.
Perhaps if you give us more details we can help ....
What streaming device are they using?
If you log out and back into your DirecTV account yourself, do you get that same error?

What device is she using?

For DirecTV Stream, call 1-888-429-4023.
