Directv Stream Not Opening on Roku Devices

I have 3 Roku devices in the house. A Roku 3, Roku 4 and a Roku TV. On all 3 devices the Directv Stream app will not load. Customer Service support recommended uninstalling/reinstalling the app. For the past 2 weeks this is almost a daily occurrence on all 3 devices. Not sustainable. It worked fine without an issue for the first three months. What is the long term fix for this situation
