Directv Stream service down

Anyone else having issues? My service is completely down. On my Gemini Box and Air dongle.

All my devices are working fine.  But fingers crossed I am hoping they stay that way too. I wonder if they are trying to do a software update that went wrong again.

Mine went down over an hour ago. Nothing to do with a software update. According to downdetector there are issues. I just got their live chat to admit there are customers with issues

I should have scrolled through the threads before creating new topic.  Our TV's went down around 6PM central time last night.  Mobil devices work but not Firestick or Samsung TV.  Chat service after almost a hour admitted app was updating, still have nothing this morning.

Check my reply to you in the other thread. Same here...630 or so Central times. Down detector down map show the midwest---I am in Southern Illinois. Something about our internet companies plus the Dtv Servers are causing the issue----that's my best guest. I contacted Dtv last night.

I also contacted Mediacom as well. Can you do the same---just so they are aware it might be their issues--who knows. There is a Mediacom tech guy named Mediacom Chad on Dsl Reports in their forum. Or you can call their tech support/live chat

@However My box started working an hour ago as well---but it's glitchy? How are you connecting to the internet? I'm doing ethernet. They are obviously still having issues. Wonder if this might have something to do with Mediacom beginning to implement their Xumo box for streaming tv and doing away with Tivo.

All of my connections are wireless.  It was working okay, had one or two hiccups, then I went to the guide and that's all she wrote.
