Directv streaming app on Roku TV...just blinks the DirectV streaming logo

Hello,

I tried the DiretTV Streaming app free trial and it worked fine. I canceled to try out some other things. I decided to give the Directv streaming app another try. I went online and reactivate my account. I signed back in to the app with my DirectTV credentials. However now when I launch the app on my Roku TV it starts but just flickers the DirectTV streaming logo. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I have power down the TV. Nothing works. I have two Roku TVs and the issue happens on both. One TV has a lan direct cable to the modem, the other is Wifi. Any ideas would be appreciated.

We would like you to know, when you set up your DIRECTV STREAM device at home, that location becomes the residential, non-mobile internet network associated with your device. This is called your home Wi-Fi network. Accessing the DIRECTV STREAM app on your Roku will also be limited to your home Wi-Fi network. You can change your home Wi-Fi network up to 4 times within a 12-month period by relocating your DIRECTV STREAM device. We want to keep an eye on your case we're sending you a DM.
