I'm Georgia and getting Miami local channels

I try the steps provided to check location Won't allow it to update.

What streaming device (s) are you using? Have you changed the billing address? Did you ever get Georgia locals originally or has it always been Miami locals?

Hi, @11225brooklyn I'm more than glad to help you with your local channels inquiry.

@detuch254 is right. Also, local channel availability is based on your billing ZIP Code and market area attached to the billing address of your payment on file. Did you try the steps below to enable location services on your device so that you can watch local channels?

 

1. Press Home on your remote.

2. Open Settings > General > System Summary.

3. Make sure your ZIP Code is correct.

4. Go to Location > Location Status and toggle OFF.

5. Press the red button on the side of your device to restart it.

6. Toggle your Location Status ON after you restart.

Yes I did but for whatever reason it changed to a po box in Miami

What streaming device(s)? The locals you see depend on whether or not the streaming device supports "location services".

When you say "for whatever reason it changed to a po box in Miami" - what changed?  The billing address?
