Local channel pixilation

We have one local channel that has constant pixilation happening. No other channels from DirectTV Streaming does this. We’ve unplugged and rebooted our Wi-Fi, Roku and reloaded the app. Is this an issue from our local station?

These are different stations so probably don't have anything in common. If you only haven the problem on one local station its almost certainly a problem with the signal from that individual station. Call or email the station and tell the station engineer you are having an issue.

Have you contacted the station to inquire and report the issue?

For DirecTV Satellite, call 1-800-531-5000.

For DirecTV Stream, call 1-888-429-4023.

I have not as I was not sure if it was the source for the issue. I was hoping to see if any other subscribers in the Waco area where having the same issue with KWTX.

We are getting pixelation on our Fox station, in the Orlando market.

Why do you have to chat with everyone individually? There are multiple people posting the exact same problem. Stop giving your subscribers the run around and just fix the problem.

I am in Ormond Beach Fl. , and am having the same issue being discussed here.  It is super frustrating.  I am also not seeing the chat icon that you are discussing.

Would like to have a true forum so we can all see the discussion at the same tome.

Hav terrible pixilation problems ..can’t watch game on FOX.  Reported to 1-800-532-5000 and they said no,reports from Melbourne’s, Florida area of trouble.
