Those games are usually broadcast on your local FOX station or other local channel. For RSNs (Regional Sports Networks) you need to subscribe to the CHOICE package or above and it depends on your ZIP code.

Local Seahawks games are broadcast on KIRO 7 or KCPQ 13 in the Seattle area. Those are your local DirecTV Stream channels in Skagit County.
