Music Channels have disappeared.
I called on 9-8-22, regarding my music channels disappearing. The gave me a $30 credit on my monthly bill, and said that those channels would be returning soon. It has been five months and they still haven't returned. That was one of my "must haves" when I signed on with AT&T Streaming.

You have posted in the internet streaming forum for DirecTV Stream. the service has no music channels. I am assuming you are referring to DirecTV satellite. Correct?

We have AT&T Streaming, which streams DirectTV.

Streaming DirecTV satellite is not streaming DirecTV Stream. They are 2 different paid subscriptions. There is no AT@T streaming. I assume you are referring to your internet provider.

And even if you have DirecTV Satellite service those music channels are not available for streaming via the app.

There is no provider called "AT&T Streaming".
What is the exact name of the service you have?
If you have a service with DirecTV in the name is it DirecTV, DIRECTV STREAM, or something else?
The confusion is the streaming provider (currently named DIRECTV STREAM) has no music channels. So we are wondering if you mean DirecTV (satellite) but the secondary streaming perks it has.
