New Guide Glitch on Firestick
I can open the new guide, but not all information is there, especially the station graphic icons on the left column. Have rebooted DirecTV stream app and Firestick and still have the problem. I have adequate mps download speed. What gives, how to fix?

Back out of guide and re-enter guide
Exit app and relaunch
Reboot device

Exit app and re-open app works here on 4k max.

Thank you. I went to DTV Stream chat--signed out of app, cleared Cache in Firestick and DTV, signed back in on DTV and guide is working again. Will see if it stays stable. Cache is a big problem on a lot of apps.

Will not be stable. On 4k max not a permanent fix, have go in again to exit and re-open to have icons reappear.DTVS has to do the fix.

@chasf00 Thanks again. I thought the DTV rep was ready for this issue--I'm not used to quick solutions from DTV :). He said he was "making changes" on his end--maybe they have a patch or solution now? I am used to re-booting, and deleting Cache--annoying but doable. Hope solution for everyone is soon.
