NFL games
Very disappointed in direct tv. When I switched from cable to them, I specifically asked if I would be able to watch the same shows including football when I take my receiver from Minnesota to Texas. I asked specifically what the difference in satellite and stream was and was told nothing. More flexibility on cancelling. We’ll forward to this weeks nfl game 3 phone calls later to direct tv with no answers except sign up for nfl Sunday ticket. I found out myself that you can only do this if you have a satellite connection. The training of their customer service was extremely lacking and a waste of my time. Now I have to figure out if I want to switch to satellite or go back to cable.

Right, DIRECTV STREAM does NOT offer NFL SUNDAY TICKET. You can’t get the streaming version as a ‘perk’ unless you specifically cannot have the satellite service installed. Sorry, but that agent gave you wrong information.

It wasn’t one agent. It was the initial agent then the 3 I talked to. Direct tv just needs to send an email to all employees saying if they have dircttv stream they cannot get nfl Sunday ticket. Period. Don’t transfer them to the number don’t suggest other things. It cannot happen period.
also with all the money the nfl teams make why can’t they come to an agreement to let people watch their teams live? Of course it would be a cost, but instead of having 10 different subscriptions and still not get it!

If you are OK watching recorded versions of the game, NFL+ is an alternative.

No matter what company you go with, always verify the channel lineup. Don't simply go by the word of any sales agent, in case an honest mistake or just flat out lying.
DIRECTV STREAM does not have the NFL Sunday Ticket. That is still an exclusive of DirecTV (satellite) as it has been for years. At this time, DIRECTV STREAM does not have the NFL Network either.
To educate yourself beyond anything told by an agent, check the official website.
