What device are you using? Record is available for me with a Fire Stick.

Well first, you are not a DirecTV Stream subscriber but a DirecTV via Internet subscriber. DirecTV via Internet is not DirecTV Stream. DirecTV Stream (bring your own device) has no device lease, fees, or contracts.

We're sorry if you're still unable to record the Opening Ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympic. Have you checked if the date and time settings of your device is correct? It should be on Settings> System> Device Preferences> Date & Time. Ariane, DIRECTV Community Specialist

What device are you using to set your recording? If you are using a Gemini Device try doing a red button reset of the device. This can be done by pressing the little red button on the side of the Gemini device or pressing the little black button on the back of the Gemini Air. Hopefully, with the reboot of your system, you no longer have that error. If you are still getting it after the reboot then I would try going on to www.Directv.com and try setting it to record from there. That will tell you if the error is with your device or something on Directv's end. Hope this helps!

I am using the "network-provided time" and yes, I have reset the device a couple of times now.

okay, though I hope this issue gets fixed, I was able to see the record button on the website, not the app, not on the device, but the website only.
